QUARK CAKE FROM THE TRAY

500 g quark
2 eggs
1 bag of pudding powder, vanilla flavor

130g sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
70g oil
50g milk
70g raisins

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix the curd, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and pudding powder. Gradually add the oil and milk, fold in the raisins and finally fold in the egg whites.
Spread the curd mixture on the floor. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake the cake for about 50 minutes. Let the quark cake cool on the tray. Turn the cake out, peel off the baking paper, turn it over again and place it back on the tray or a plate.
