Ingredients
For the dough:
225 g wheat flour type 405
225 g wholemeal spelt flour
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
30 g fresh yeast
50g butter
120 ml mineral water
2 eggs
For the filling:
a few stalks of fresh herbs – basil , thyme, oregano – or dried herbs
150 g mild mountain cheese
350 g Hokkaido pumpkin
Instructions
Mix both types of flour with sugar and salt in a bowl.
Crumble the yeast into 4 tablespoons of lukewarm water and stir with a fork.
