Ingredients
1 pack of puff pastry
1 pack of egg cookies or ladyfingers
1 can of apricots
1000 ml milk
3 packs of vanilla-flavored pudding powder
4 tablespoons of sugar
Icing sugar for dusting
preparation
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface and cut it in half.
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place one of the sheets of dough on the baking tray, cover with egg cookies or ladyfingers and place apricots on top.
Bring the milk, sugar and pudding powder to the boil to form a thick pudding. Spread the warm pudding over the apricots.
