How to prepare potatoes with sage

Peel and halve the potatoes. Cook in salted water for about 15 minutes.

Pour the olive oil into the pan and heat it in the oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Place the cooked potatoes in the pan and cover them with the hot oil.
Bake in the oven at 190 °C for 20 minutes.
Melt the butter in the pan and add the garlic and chopped sage. Cook for a few minutes, then remove from the heat.
Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes and add a few sage leaves. Bake in the oven for another 10 minutes.
