Potato and mushroom baskets: the recipe for a simple and delicious starter

Potato and mushroom baskets are a simple and delicious appetizer based on boiled and mashed potatoes , with which the baskets are made; the filling is instead made with mushrooms cooked in the pan and soft cheese .
The baskets are shaped on paper cups with the help of a piping bag and baked in the oven for about 15 minutes , before adding the filling and continuing to cook for a few more minutes so that the cheese melts.
