Ingredients

for the sponge cake:
4 eggs 120 g flour 100 g sugar

For the cream:

500 g curd cheese (filtered) 250 ml milk 40 g corn starch 250 ml whipped cream 100 g sugar 1 lemon (juice and zest)

preparation

Beat the yolks with the sugar until thick and fluffy. Beat the egg whites into snow and fold them into the yolk mixture alternately with the flour.
Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake until light yellow in a preheated oven at medium heat.
