Ingredients
For the ground:
200 g wholemeal butter biscuits
70g butter
For the filling:
700 g plums
400 g cream cheese
5 tbsp icing sugar
2 bags of Agar Agar 15 g
1/2 juice of lemon
300 ml cream
1 packet of vanilla sugar
50 g almond leaves
80 g sugar
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 packet of white cake icing
Instructions
For the base, place a cake ring with a diameter of 20 cm on a cake plate and line it with baking paper.
Put the wholemeal butter biscuits in a freezer bag and crumble them with a rolling pin. If you prefer, you can also put them in a food processor.
