Pluck cake muffins

Ingredients

100 g butter
100 g sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
150 g flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 egg(s)
100 g sugar
100 g butter, melted
200 g low-fat quark
½ pack pudding powder, (vanilla pudding powder)

preparation

Preheat the oven to 175°C (fan oven 150°C). Line a muffin tin with paper cases.
Knead a shortcrust pastry from the first 5 ingredients. Divide 2/3 of the dough evenly between the molds and press firmly into the bottom. Set the remaining dough aside.
