Preparation

Combine half of the ground hazelnuts with the ground biscuit and spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of the mold.
Mix the previously mixed flour and sugar with the milk, then continue to stir constantly while cooking until the mixture thickens.
After removing it from the stove, continue to add the butter and continue to stir until it is completely melted.
Then add cocoa and Nutella to the mixture and mix well.
Smoothly pour the mixture over the biscuits and hazelnuts.
Whip the sweet cream until soft peaks form, then gently pour it over the rich chocolate filling.
After flattening, put it in the fridge for thirty minutes. Take it out, slice it and sprinkle generously with 50 grams of ground hazelnuts. Continue to roll each individual piece.
If desired, you can enhance the presentation by adding caramelized hazelnuts as a garnish.
