PLASMA CAKE – delicious cake ready in 15 minutes

PREPARATION:

For the crust: Separate the egg whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites until foamy, then add the sugar little by little. When you get a medium-thick mixture, whisk all the egg yolks and stir briefly to combine the mixture.
Add baking powder and flour and mix everything. Pour the mixture into a mold with a diameter of 20×20 cm or similar, flatten and bake at 180°C for 7 to 8 minutes. calm down.
Mix milk, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar and pour over the cooled crust.
Briefly whip the whipped cream until the volume increases. We do not need too stiff whipped cream. Add the plasma biscuits and mix everything well. The mixture will become very thick, start adding 300ml of milk in small portions until you get a smooth spreadable mixture. Spread it over the crust and flatten.
Whip the whipped cream and cover the cake. Decorate as desired. Place in the fridge to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
