Pink Lemonade Cake

This pink lemonade cake is a must-try for all dessert lovers! Spicy, sweet and oh-so-pretty, it’s perfect for summer gatherings or anytime you want a vibrant and refreshing treat.

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
4 large egg whites
1 cup milk

1/2 cup frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pink food coloring (optional)
2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
