Perfect Cream Cheese Pie Recipe:

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Beat the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Pour the cream cheese filling into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it evenly.
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
While the pie is baking, prepare the topping. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
After the pie has baked, remove it from the oven and carefully spread the sour cream topping over the hot filling.
Return the pie to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Once baked, remove the pie from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set completely.
Serve chilled and enjoy!

Note:
You can also customize this recipe by adding a fruit topping of your choice, such as cherry, blueberry, or strawberry, if desired. Simply spread the fruit topping over the sour cream layer before chilling the pie.
