Dough:
Add eggs, salt and sugar to mixing bowl and beat for 2 min/speed 4.
Continue beating for 2 minutes/speed 3.5 and slowly add the oil and then the mineral water
Add the flour and baking powder and fold in for 12 seconds/speed 3.5. Place on the tray and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Strawberry cream:
Place strawberries in the mixing bowl. Puree for 30 seconds/speed 8 and transfer
Add 350 g water, sugar, vanilla sugar and cake icing to the mixing bowl.
Heat 4 min/100 degrees/speed 3.
Continue stirring for 1 min/speed 3 and add the strawberry puree.
