Patty Melts with Secret Sauce

What You Need to Make the Patties Melts:

Ground beef, 1 pound
rye bread, six slices
Half a teaspoon of onion powder
3/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
Toss with salt and pepper.
6 Chops of Cheddar
6 thin slices of provolone
6-Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Use 1/4 cup of mayonnaise for the secret sauce.
2 tablespoons of chopped bacon
3/4 cup of ketchup
One teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon.Relish

Instructions

Make three flattened patties out of the meat, shaping them similarly to the bread pieces.
Use the garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to season the meat on both sides
