Pan sandwich with mozzarella ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

4 slices of sandwich bread
3 eggs
30 ml milk (2-3 tbsp)
1 slice of tomato
1 slice of mozzarella
1 slice of cheddar
melted butter
3 strips of bacon
salt
pepper

preparation

Put eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix everything together.
Brush a pan with butter and add the egg mixture. Place four slices of toast in the liquid egg in the pan. Brush the toast slices with
melted butter and turn them, including the hardened egg, to the other side. Place a slice of tomato on the right side and a slice of mozzarella on the left side. Fold the toast omelette.
Remove the pan halfway from the heat and fry the bacon slices on the half remaining above the plate. Place the fried bacon slices and cheddar on the folded toast omelette and then fold it again.
