Pan cake with cottage cheese, semolina and kefir – Ideal for the whole family

Method of preparation:

Fold in the eggs and kefir, then sprinkle the semolina on top.
Mix all the ingredients until the composition becomes homogeneous. You can use a blender to get a smooth texture.

Preparing the baking tray :
Grease the pan with vegetable oil and sprinkle some semolina to prevent sticking.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
If desired, add the frozen berries directly on top of the dough.
Baking :
Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
The pan should be slightly gelatinous in the middle; avoid overexposure to heat to prevent it from drying out.
Serving :
Allow the casserole to cool to set completely.
Serve either warm or cold, according to preference.
