Oreo Cheesecake

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix together crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in sour cream.
Fold in crushed Oreo cookies.

Pour the mixture over the base of the springform pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with whole Oreo cookies.
