How do I store this cheesecake?
Like all cheesecakes, this one too, should be kept in the refrigerator. Covered with plastic film or in an airtight container. This cheesecake will last for 3 days in the refrigerator.
Are there other variations?
I am sure that you could make a cherry Creamsicle, or even try a blueberry or strawberry.
How long should I chill it before serving?
I recommend at least four hours, however, if you can refrigerate it for an overnight period of time, that would be the best. This allows the cake to set completely.
Should I use graham crackers for the crust?
You could, however this is made with cookies. Whichever is your preference, please follow that.
