One of the best cakes I’ve made that melts in your mouth! Better than yogurt cake!

2 g (1/2 tsp) cream of tartar
200 g (2 cups / 7 oz) sugar

Almond flakes
Bake in a 23X33 cm baking dish
for 35 minutes at 170 °C / 330 °F.
