Olive focaccine: the recipe to prepare them at home soft and fragrant

Olive focaccia are soft and tasty leavened products covered with pitted olives that can be prepared instead of the classic olive focaccia .
They are ideal for a tasty snack to accompany cold cuts and cheeses or to bring to the table instead of bread . To prepare them we prepared the dough with 00 flour, water, milk, brewer’s yeast, extra virgin olive oil and salt.
Once it has risen, simply shape the mini focaccias, coat them with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil, water and salt and then add the pitted olives: in our recipe we used green olives but you can also use black olives.
The scones are then baked in the oven for less than half an hour so that they are soft and fragrant and ready to be enjoyed. Here are the steps to make them.
