OLD CAKE – DAMEN KAPRIC

INGREDIENTS:

For the crust:
4 egg yolks,
4 tablespoons of sugar,
80 g of butter,
1 dl (half a cup) of milk,
200 g of flour,
1 teaspoon of baking powder,
1 teaspoon of grated lemon zest

For sham:
4 egg whites,
1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
8 tablespoons of sugar

And more:
400 g apricot jam
80 g ground walnuts
