Beat the butter and sugar for about 3 minutes until light and creamy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix everything well. Mix the flour with the salt and baking soda and knead into the dough with a wooden spoon or spatula. Fold 200 g of the chocolate chips into the dough as well.
