Ingredients
For the yeast dough:
14 g fresh yeast
50 g sugar
1 tbsp water
330 g flour
150 g lukewarm milk
1 egg yolk save the egg white!
1 pinch of salt
65 g soft butter
For the nut filling:
140 g ground hazelnuts
20 g sugar
1 tsp cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg white
some Milk
For decoration:
100 g icing sugar
1 dash of lemon juice
