Eggs (at room temperature or soaked in warm water if cold)
Sugar
Pinch of salt
Vanilla extract
Cake flour
Cocoa powder
Melted butter (45 to 50 °C)
Milk (35°C)
Vegetable oil (for greasing)
Thick cream
Chocolate for melting
Cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions :
Mix sugar, salt, vanilla extract, cake flour and cocoa powder until smooth.
