No Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake

Instructions:

Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
For the orange mousse layer:

In a mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the orange juice concentrate and orange zest.

Briefly heat the dissolved gelatin until it becomes liquid and quickly stir into the orange cream mixture. Pour over the prepared base and place back in the fridge to set for about 2 hours.
For the cream cheese layer:

Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture over the set orange mousse layer. Chill again until it is firm.

For the topping:
Spread whipped cream over the cheesecake. Garnish with orange slices and sprinkle with orange zest before serving.
