Ingredients:

200g (7oz) chocolate biscuits
80g (2.8oz) butter, melted
15g (1 tbsp) gelatin
80ml (1/3 cup) water
400g (14oz) ricotta or cottage cheese
200g (1/2 cup) condensed milk
250ml (1 cup) cream (33-36% fat)
Juice of 2 oranges (about 200ml/4/5 cup)
3 egg yolks
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
80g (2.8oz) additional butter

Directions:

Prepare the Base: Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of an 18 cm (7.1 inches) springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator.
Soak the Gelatin: Soften the gelatin in water for 5 minutes.
