NO BAKE COCONUT CAKE READY IN 10 MINUTES

Ingredients

– 400 ml milk
– 1 Dolcela vanilla pudding
– 2 eggs
– 4 dag Sugar (crystal)
– 17 dag butter or margarine

– 15 dag powdered sugar
– 200 ml Dolcela sweet cream
– 48 pieces of petit biscuits
– milk and rum as needed

Preparation

Boil about 350 ml of milk in a pot.

Mix the eggs, pudding and sugar in the rest of the milk.

When the milk boils, remove it from the heat and slowly pour the egg and pudding mixture into it.

Mix well, return to low heat to cook like a pudding. Leave it to cool, but stir it occasionally or put a transparent film over it so that a skin does not form on top.

Mix butter or margarine with powdered sugar into a creamy mixture.

Put the mixed pudding cream into the butter mixture and combine everything well by gently mixing.

Arrange a row of biscuits (16 pieces) on a serving tray, which you soak in milk mixed with a little rum (optional).
