No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies and Cream Cake: A Simple Recipe for a Delicious Dessert

Method of preparation:

In a saucepan, mix the starch, instant coffee and sugar, then add the milk.
Cook the mixture until it thickens and becomes creamy, stirring constantly.
Add the butter and vanilla essence (if using) and stir until the butter melts.
Crush the biscuits in a bag and mix them with the obtained cream until you get a homogeneous mass.
Spread the resulting mixture evenly in a 22 cm diameter cake tin.
In another saucepan, mix the sugar, cocoa and starch, then cover them with milk and boil the mixture until you get a thick cream.
Add the broken chocolate and let it melt completely, stirring well.
Pour the chocolate cream over the top of the cookies and put the cake in the fridge to harden.
