No Bake Chocolate Cake – Simple and Quick Recipe

Ingredients:

For the top:
Milk: 200 ml
Oil: 50 ml
Sugar: 90 g
Flour: 140 g
Cocoa: 30 g
Baking powder: 8 g
Salt: a pinch
For the cream:
Dark chocolate: 170 g
Milk: 170 ml
Weight: 30 g
For the syrup:
Milk: 100 ml
Vanilla sugar: 10 g
For the glaze:
Dark chocolate: 40 g
Oil: 2 tablespoons

Method of preparation:

Preparation of the top:
Sift 140g of flour and 30g of cocoa into a bowl.
Add 8 g of baking powder, a pinch of salt and 90 g of sugar.
