How to Make No-Bake Chocolate Ferrero Parfait Cups
Step 1
Crush the cookies and place them in a food processor to pulverize them and prepare them for the first layer of the chocolate parfait. Step 2
Put 250 ml of whipping cream, 12 grams of sugar and the hazelnut cream in a bowl. Mix with a whisk to combine all the ingredients and then continue mixing with an electric mixer until the mixture thickens to prepare the second layer of the chocolate parfait. Step 3
First, add the crumbled cookies as the first layer of the cups, then fill the prepared mixture into the piping bag and form the second layer. Step 4
Prepare the chocolate ganache by pouring 100 ml of whipped cream over 100 grams of finely chopped milk chocolate and then stirring with a spatula until the chocolate has melted. Step 5
