Ingredients
For a biscuit
– 8 egg whites
– 8 spoons of powdered sugar
– 8 spoons of plain flour
– 1 piece of baking powder
To pour over baked sponge cake
– 1.5 dl of cold milk
For the filling
– 7 dl milk
– 8 egg yolks
– 5 spoons of sugar
– 9 spoons of flour
– 1 spoon of vanilla sugar
– 200 g of margarine
– 100 g of powdered sugar
– 2 dl of sweet cream for whipping cream
– 2 pieces of powdered whipped cream
– 2 pieces of vanilla-flavored whipped cream or similar cream
– if necessary, cold milk
Preparation
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat them until stiff, add powdered sugar and beat until the sugar melts. Mix the flour and baking powder and slowly, with a spoon, mix it into the beaten egg whites, the mass must remain firm and airy. Pour the mixture into a 35×35 cm pan. coated with oil, and level it.
