Mrs. Holle cake, super delicious!

Ingredients

3 cup(s) flour
4 egg(s)
2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup oil (sunflower oil)
1 cup mineral water, carbonated
3 teaspoons baking powder
500 g strawberries 2 packs of cake icing, red 2 cups of cream
2 packs of cream stiffener 1 Packet of vanilla sugar 100 g chocolate, white, grated

preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and water with a hand mixer until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and sift. Sieving makes the dough particularly airy. Spread the mixture on a deep tray lined with baking paper and bake at 175Β° C for approx. 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop or puree the strawberries. Prepare the cake icing according to the package instructions and mix with the strawberry mixture. Spread this strawberry icing on the cooled dough. Let cool down.
