Moussaka with minced meat and potatoes

Ingredients

550 g minced meat, preferably lamb
2 onions, finely chopped
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped

1 gr. can of tomatoes, peeled without juice
500 g potatoes, peeled, cut into 2 mm thin slices
500 g aubergines, stalks removed, cut into 2 mm thin slices

1 bay leaf
¼ tsp cinnamon
Salt and pepper
4 eggs
50 g butter

50 g flour
400 ml milk
120 g Parmesan or other grated cheese
Olive oil and nutmeg
