Moussaka: which looks like a cake, super delicious

Preparation:

1. Cut the vegetables into slices and fry in seed oil.
2. Fry onion and oil aside, when golden brown, remove from heat and reserve for later.
3. Fry the meat in the same pan and season with marjoram, bay leaves, salt, pepper and cinnamon.
4. Cook for 15 minutes, then add the onions from before, the canned tomatoes and the tomato sauce.
5. Cook over medium heat for 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. For the bรฉchamel sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan, then mix the flour and milk.
7. When it is thick enough, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and grated cheese.
8. Finally, stir in egg yolk.
9. Add the bรฉchamel sauce to the meat.
