How to Make Mortadella Stuffed Meatloaf
In a bowl add the minced meat.
Add the parmesan.
Add the breadcrumbs.
Add the pecorino cheese.
Add salt, paprika and pepper.
Add the eggs and water.
Mix with your hands until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to the parchment paper and draw a rectangle with your hands.
