Ingredients
For the cake:
125 g soft butter
100 g sugar alternatively 50 g Xucker
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
3 eggs at room temperature
160 g flour
40 g cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
125 g lukewarm milk
For the filling:
500 g cream
2 packets of cream stiffener
200g mascarpone
30 g icing sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla paste
4 tablespoons strawberry jam
250 g strawberries
