Moist Chocolate Muffins

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line muffin pan with muffin cups and set aside

In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients to fluff them up

In a separate bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients except for the coffee

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture just until combined. Finally, stir in the coffee

Fill muffin cups until a bit over a third full. Bake for 12 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
