Here is a delicious apple cake yes I still know apples, when I have 2 or 3 left at the end of the week I look for a new apple cake to try. And this cake is really soft, has a very pleasant taste.

– 4 Apples
– 170g Flour
– 3 Eggs
– Butter for the mold
– 1 tbsp. tbsp Lemon juice
– 180g Powdered sugar
– 125g Softened butter
– Flour for the mold
– 2 tbsp. teaspoon Liquid vanilla extract
– 0.5 sachet Baking powder
– 1 tbsp. tbsp Granulated sugar (for finishing)
– 1 pinch Salt
