Miracle Cake – Ready in 30 minutes, very easy to prepare

Preparation instructions:

Add 200g cream and 160g flour, mixing until smooth.
Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, quenched with vinegar.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.

In the first part, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and another 1 tablespoon of cream for consistency.
In the second part, add 1 spoonful of poppy seeds.
In the third part, add 2 tablespoons of washed raisins.
Prepare a standard baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Visually divide the tray into 3 parts:
Place the cocoa dough in the middle, leveling it.
Add the poppy seed and raisin dough to the sides.
Bake in the oven at 160°C for 15 minutes, heating from top to bottom.
Remove the cake from the oven, trim the edges and divide it into 3 equal parts.
Preparation of the cream:
In a bowl, mix 450 g of cream with 2-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of citric acid.
Mix with a spoon until smooth. If using homemade cream, beat until slightly thickened.
Assembling the cake:
Spread each top with cream.
Cover the sides and top with the remaining cream.
Turn the cut edges into crumbs and sprinkle over the cake.
Completion:
Let the cake sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate.
