Preparation

Place eggs, vanilla essence, condensed milk and evaporated milk in a container. Mix well and then set aside.
Place eggs and sugar in a container and mix well.
Add the oil and mix. Then add the milk and mix.

Add flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and set aside.
Put the sugar in a pan. Mix until it turns caramel. Add hot water and mix well
Pour the caramel into the cupcake tin.

Pour in the milk mixture and then the cake mixture.
Cover with aluminum foil. Place in a water bath and bake in a preheated oven at 170 °C for 30 minutes
