Milka heart sandwich cookies .

Could you resist these delicious Milka heart sandwich cookies ? Well not me! Hihi!

These cookies are both crispy and chewy. I would even say that they completely melt in your mouth. They are topped with a delicious cream whipped with mascarpone. Inside there is also a heart of Milka spread .

These cookies are very simple and quick to make. Plus, it’s a pure treat. They will therefore delight young and old alike! With this recipe you will make ten Milka heart sandwich cookies .

You can very well enjoy them as a snack but also offer them for dessert.

Cookies

50 g of brown sugar
50 g muscovado (or vergeoise) sugar
110 g of softened butter
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 big egg

140 g of T45 flour
½ tsp baking powder
100 g chocolate chips (or crushed chocolate)
1 good pinch of salt

whipped cream
150 g of liquid cream (30% fat)
130 g of mascarpone
1 tsp liquid vanilla
3 tbsp of icing sugar
1 little spread

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE

In a bowl, blanch the sugar, vanilla and butter for 2 minutes. Add the egg and whisk again.

Pour in the flour mixed with the yeast and salt. Mix and add the chocolate chips.

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make small piles the size of a teaspoon.

Bake in an oven preheated to 170°c. Cook for between 10 and 13 minutes. The cookies should brown slightly.

Once out of the oven, add a few chocolate chips. Let cool before removing the cookies.

In a very cold bowl, pour the cream, mascarpone, vanilla and sugar. Whisk everything until the mixture doubles in volume and forms a bird’s beak.

Pour the whipped cream into a bag fitted with a serrated nozzle. Pipe the cookies.

In the center, add a little spread. Close with a second cookie and refrigerate for 10 minutes before eating!
