First, for the sponge cake, stir the eggs, sugar and salt until frothy. Then gradually add the oil. Mix the flour with starch and cocoa and carefully fold into the sugar-egg mixture. Spread on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 12 minutes.

Next, for the cream, melt the chocolate and let it cool. Beat the whipped cream, add vanilla sugar and honey and mix with chocolate.

Now cut the sponge cake in half, spread the cream on top and place the second half of the sponge cake on top. Let it solidify in the fridge.
