Milk Bread Rolls: Easy, Soft and Very Delicious

Preparation of the dough: In a large bowl, mix the lukewarm milk with the sugar and the crumbled yeast. Let it rest for a few minutes until the mixture becomes frothy. Then add the whole egg, then gradually add the flour

while mixing. Add the salt and the softened butter. Knead until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough.
Rising the dough: Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a clean cloth and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 to 2 hours.

Shaping the Buns: Once the dough has risen, divide it into equal portions. Shape each portion into a bun or sandwich shape. Let the buns rest for an additional 15 minutes.

Browning and baking: Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Brush each bun with the egg yolk and vinegar mixture. Place the buns in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
