Meringue cake with raspberries

4 egg whites, large
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of potato flour
1/2 cup of coconut flakes + 2-3 tablespoons for dusting
pinch of salt

INGREDIENTS FOR THE RASPBERRY LAYER:

400 g fresh or frozen raspberries
500 ml whipping cream 30%
250 g of mascarpone cheese
2 1/2 teaspoons of gelatin
1/4 cup of hot water
* 1 glass with a capacity of 250 ml.
