Meringue apple pie: the delicious dessert that everyone will love

Directions :

Put flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and butter in a large bowl.
Mix with your hands until you get a crumbly dough. Add baking powder.
Stir in egg yolk and sour cream.
Wrap 1/4 of the dough in plastic and freeze.
Place the remaining dough in a rectangular baking tray lined with baking paper.
Set aside the egg whites and lemon juice until the mixture is white and fluffy. Add the sugar in small portions.
Now stir in sifted cornstarch.
Cut apples into thin slices and season with sugar and cinnamon.
Place on the cake and spread the meringue evenly.
Grate the frozen dough over it.
45 minutes at 170°.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar to decorate.
