Ingredients:
Potatoes – 400 g
Vegetable oil – 5 tablespoons
Flour – 150 g
Egg – 1 piece
Salt – 2 pinches
Onion – 1 piece
Chicken liver – 250 g
Method of preparation:
Preparation of mashed potatoes :
Boil the peeled potatoes for 20 minutes.
Mash the boiled potatoes until you get a smooth puree.
Sift the flour over the mashed potatoes, add salt and knead until a smooth dough is formed.
