Marinated anchovies: the recipe to prepare them quickly at home

The marinated anchovies are generally served as an appetizer and consist of anchovy fillets marinated in wine vinegar, seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, garlic, parsley and black pepper.
In our recipe we cook the anchovies in a pan with vinegar for a few minutes. Before serving, they must rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours covered with cling film. Here are the steps to make them.
