MARBLE COOKIES

Preparation:

Beat soft butter with sugar until fluffy. Add 1/2 egg and vegetable oil. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer until smooth, then add flour and baking powder.
Mix the cocoa powder with 60 ml of vegetable oil.
Divide the dough into thirds and color one third with cocoa mixture.
Cut one cocoa dough ball and one uncolored dough ball into 5 pieces and roll each into a roll.
Line the cocoa dough strips with regular stripes to create a striped layer.
Form the remaining uncolored dough into a ball.
Place the log on the striped layer and roll it out, applying light pressure.
Allow the roll to cool for 30 minutes, then cut the log into individual cookies.
Bake for 20 minutes at 190 °C.
