Once you have gathered all the ingredients to prepare the marble cake, you just have to follow a few simple steps. Remember that you will need wax paper and a 20 cm round mold:
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 175 °C. Grease the pan with butter and place a sheet of wax paper on the bottom.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar for about 5 minutes. Then add the oil, milk and vanilla and mix until everything is homogeneous.

Divide the mixture equally into two containers. In one of them, sift 170 grams of flour, a pinch of salt and half of the yeast. In the other, add the rest of the flour, cocoa, coffee and salt.
Step 4
Beat both mixtures until a very homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 5
Once this is done, start assembling the cake. Of each mixture, 3 tablespoons should be poured into the container, alternating white and chocolate, always pouring into the center and being careful not to splash.
Step 6
When both mixtures are ready, bake it for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into it comes out completely clean. After the time has elapsed, it should be removed from the pan and left to cool on a rack.
