Mango Cheesecake – Creamy and delicious, very delicious – Save and try the recipe, it’s worth it

Prepare the base: In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits and melted butter until well combined.
Press the biscuit mixture into the base of a cheesecake pan. Refrigerate until you prepare the filling.
Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla. Add the yogurt, mango puree and homogenize.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture to the heated gelatin. then pour everything back into the bowl.

For the jelly, mix the heated gelatin with the sugar, then add the mango puree. Pour over the cheese layer.
Cover the cake with foil and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Decorate to taste.
